I have been going here for a few months now. Candice is amazing and the front office staff have been wonderful. Plus it's one of the fastest doctors offices I have ever been in. Today, I arrived 45 min early for my appointment and was treated and out the door 30 mins before my scheduled appointment. I strongly recommend them!
This is the most professional Dr. office I have ever been too. Everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable. They get you in and out without making you feel rushed. The front office staff are equally as friendly and I recommend this medical center to everyone I meet that needs a highly trained staff of Doctors.
My Dr. has been wonderful. However, I’ve had a frustrating experience with the front desk. Despite confirming my pharmacy multiple times during my visit, my prescription was not sent. I then received a voicemail asking for the same information again, and when I called back, no one had answers. The person I spoke with was also dismissive and mentioned it was “too loud” to hear me. I am a new patient and was very happy with my visit. Got there 15 minutes early and filled in my paperwork. Was ready for my appointment and was brought into the back promptly. I saw Allison and she was wonderful - along with her assistant. She explained everything to me and we then decided to do the procedure right then and there. I was out of the office within 30 minutes. Couldn't be happier! Thanks so much.
