Awesome experience. I got referred to Dr. VanDerSchaaf and was able to make an initial appointment in about a month. Needed a procedure and was promptly scheduled. Staff is incredibly communicative and professional. Felt like a person and didn’t feel rushed.
This is the best Dermatologist office I’ve been to in the last 20 years. Dr. Trimble and his staff are the best. They are professional and courteous, And make you feel very welcome. I would recommend them to anybody
Hits you with hidden after charges, staff are all on different pages, i canceled a charged procedure well in advance and the place it was going and still recieved a bill. The doctors did the job good but if you want hidden charges and be told "the reality of it is." go for it i tell EVERYONE i know to avoid this place.
I have been going there for years and it is always a very professional experience.
