I received wonderful care at Cara Mia Dermatology. The staff are friendly, professional and explain everything that needs to be done. If you have dermatology concerns, I recommend this practice.
Doctors are great, but scheduling is an absolute nightmare. First, it tries to have an AI agent schedule you which doesn’t work. Then it takes more than five minutes to get through to a real person who is at a call center. Then it takes the person at the call center ten minutes to find an appointment slot while I’m on hold! This practice needs to go back to their own staff scheduling appointments.
My experience is always amazing here. The people are always fast, they are always friendly, they’re always efficient. Especially Diana and Ariana were awesome today. Makes the entire dermatologist experience much better. Six out of five stars!
I love this place. The staff and doctors are the best.
I have been seeing a dermatologist here for a couple years, I have a pretty routine need for acne. So I really only need to visit once a year to get prescriptions refilled. Don’t get me wrong, the doctors here are great, but not great enough to compensate for the rest of my experience.
