Front desk team was prompt and friendly and Jon was friendly, knowledgable and took great care of my needs and concerns.
Although Dr. Becker and Kendra were great dermatology professionals, I am disappointed with the office experience overall and will be seeking future appointments elsewhere. The front desk speaks to me like I'm an inconvenience, on phone and in-person. I have to play phone tag with the office whenever I call. A return visit copay for a ten-minute exam costs more than twice that of an initial ten-minute visit. And they have a $2 fee for credit card payments. Give me a break!

𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲! I had a visit with Dr. Elizabeth Shurnas for hair loss. Even though I told her I had an itchy scalp, she didn’t examine it and simply told me to take random vitamins. I asked for a blood test because I suspected a hormonal problem, but she told me to come back in 3 months and instead offered their commercial PRP treatment. Friendly staff. The doctor was pleasant. My card was charged 3 times for one appointment. The nice receptionist called and let me know what had happened. Went back and forth with the billing department. They're now mailing me a paper check for the amount they owed me back, instead of easily crediting my card. Who's mailing paper refund checks in 2025? Now they're saying i owe for the same appointment that they overcharged me for. And upon reviewing my bill today, I'm being charged $50 for a missed appointment that I previous... read more
