This "doctor" yelled at and degraded his staff, all three times I was in the office. The third time I was there, the anger was directed at me, for "Wasting my money" on face wash, that he suggested I use. He doesn't remember what you are there for, or what he told you the last time you were there. He doesn't even remember what unnecessary procedure he did to you a week ago. I love this place! The nurses, front and back office staff and doctors are great! I feel so much better since I've started coming here and highly recommend this clinic to anyone having skin issues. I give it a 10!! Thank you Dermatology Institute!

I had an appointment with Dr. Way today and it was the most horrible experience that I've ever had with a doctor. He was very unprofessional from the time that he enter the exam room until leaving the building. He gave me some Neutrogena (something that I could get from Wal-Mart) and another medication that I had tried before but it didn't work.
