Had my first visit today for a routine skin cancer screening. Everyone was very friendly and relaxed, and explained things clearly.

Booked an appointment half a month ago. When I got there for the appointment they said they didn't take my insurance and there was no record of the appointment. Apparently an aknowledgement email is not enough and their system won't actually book a date if insurance doesn't match on their backend. Not only does my insurance list them as an approved business but its an accepted choice when booking an appointment on their OWN website.
