I visited the Dermatology Consultants last week and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. After arriving for my appointment, I was seen almost immediately even though I had arrived early. The PA, Bhargavi was amazing and so knowledgeable. Her bedside manner was also wonderful. The office was so efficient, I was in and out so quickly. Great place to bring kids. The staff was very attentive and caring for any help we needed.
AVOID. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU HAVE KIDS. DON'T TREAT YOUR CHILDREN HERE. As usual with doctors' offices -- a good doctor marred by attitude-ridden, trashy staff. Don't accept children as patients if you cannot handle having children in your waiting room. The staff yelled at my wife for our 3 and 1 year old playing in the waiting room and standing on chairs after still not being seen 20 minutes past our scheduled appointment time. Give me a break. Dr. Lin knows his stuff. I had no trust in my dermatologist that I went to for five years before going to Dr. Lin. I had terrible troubles with my acne and he has alleviated those. If your parent or a kid trying to get help with your acne, Dr. Lin will save you!!!!!!!!!!!
