A 50 minute wait followed by less than 3 minutes of actual consult with no answers as to the issue. Staff was not helpful in addressing medical concerns. Update: I requested a copy of my records. Of course I have the lovely privilege of paying to receive my own health information, as well as the inconvenience of having to process it all via snail mail thanks to their inability to email a basic form (unless of course we have a fax machine sitting around the house).
