Dr. Lauren McDonald-Dougherty is caring, professional, & offers options for treatments, suggestions for changing to more helpful skin & hair routines. She gives straightforward explanations of the pros & cons of each treatment option. Written handouts help me to remember specific things we discussed. As I have multiple autoimmune conditions (including ones affecting skin & hair), she considers all my meds & issues during my appointments. Scheduling with the Dr. is typically 4 months ahead; so scheduling ahead is important.
Friendly staff and HCP. All questions/concerns answered. I’m confident in the care/advise given and trust her fully.
Staff were outstanding and professional. Dr Morris performed an excellent job!
My paperwork that I filled out and sent to you was not found. Needed to fill out the paperwork again at the day of appointment. Very nice and professional.
