Not please with the customer service. 2 girls sitting in front. Not answering calls or attending to patient. Then I’m asked to fill out information on a portal that doesn’t work. The service is bad. Then says I need to download my TDL after I gave it to her. Might well have a self kiosk and no receptionist. An older lady was very upset and told them how bad they were. She told them she didn’t trust them. So sad they sent me here. Customer service is so disappointing.Restrooms out of order!!! Wait time. Why give an appt?
Terrible service horrible receptionist been waiting for 1hr39 minutes and still sitting in this office and was the first one to arrive. Also arrived 20min before my appointment. Treat you like they are doing me a favor. .. it’s ok one time patient that’s what’s going to happen..
Excellent service and Dermatologist was outstanding very knowledgeable and concerned for the patient’s well being very honest about best treatment. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing a dermatologist. Need to do everything to keep dermatologist on staff
