I don’t know doctor or his nurse forget sending prescription to pharmacy, I called 4 times to remind them , I’m in serious allergy skin , itchy and swollen all my face but waited for them to send prescription so I can have some medicine, really unhappy.

I had nonproblem making an appointment with Dr McMahan. He didn't even require a referring doctor. The appointment wasn't far into the future either. I arrived barely before my appointment (I work nights and my relief showed up late) filled out the paperwork and only had to wait maybe 5-8 mins. Dr McMahan was very professional, kind and understanding. I felt seen for the first time since this dry, itchy scalp/dandruff issue started in 2017. Dr McMahon and assistant is so caring. They take the time to listen to your needs and concerns. Straight forward on the steps/next steps to be taken. Me, my daughter and a couple friends use him. I highly recommend Dr McMahon

I absolutely do not recommend this office. They require new patients to pre-pay for their services instead of waiting for the insurance to be processed. They then "refund" any amount they over billed through insurance. This is extremely unethical. Their reasoning was too many new patients ghost them for payment. So instead, they force prepayment and then you're supposed to trust them to return your money. Trust goes both ways. I will never use a doctor or an office that uses this business practice.
