Everyone here was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Gould spent ample time with us and our kitty, and she made sure we understood the information and procedures thoroughly.
My dog is responding well to treatment and I’m happy to have invested in allergy testing. Dr. Coyner is an expert and gave us a specific, customized treatment plan. I follow it closely and am seeing results. Very different experience than a primary care vet.

After various troubleshooting and process of elimination, Dr. Coyner zeroed-in on my cat's exact atopy issue and is brilliantly treating it. His fur has grown back in and he no longer chews and mutilates himself (I have to do MY part and follow his allergen schedule). I am so happy and relieved Lenny is comfortable and relaxed now! They were ready to see us right on time, and had reviewed my pup's medical records from my veterinarian before we arrived. We went to the Olympia location, and the Dermatologist and her assistant were caring and sweet to me and my pup. The examination was thorough, and they were very informative. It was our first visit, so I can't testify yet to whether the treatment is successful or not, but they seemed confident that my pup's skin issues would resolve quickly.
