Dr. Ho is a trusted, knowledgeable, professional, and attentive dermatologist. She asked thoughtful questions and her course of treatment was very reassuring. She gave me sound feedback and advise. I highly recommend her as a service provider.
If there were zero stars that would be more appropriate. 11am appt yet languished in an overcrowded waiting area for almost two hours!! Front desk woman rude and cannot smile. Dr Ho did a full body scan but when i got nervous about committing to a treatment (i truthfully wanted a second opinion) she literally and with attitude ripped up my prescription and told me to return in 4 months “when i can make up my mind”. Please avoid at all costs. ZERO ⭐️

Sadly, worst experience ever! Place is dirty, just by looking at the hand sanitizer bottle at the front desk you can notice how disgusting this place is. The secretary has no manners! Dr ho is very unprofessional !!!! The waiting time is insane. They charge for some procedures cash and at the same time they ask for your Health card. Do not go to her.
this doctor office is graet but the one issue is i cant get a hold of them im trying to refill my prescription but cant get a hold of them my pharmacy cant even get threw to them ether
