I am a transplant patient. Required to get full body checks yearly. Rejection drugs can cause cancer. My husband has been chronically ill. In and out of hospitals out of state. I have not been able to keep my appointments. Canceling prior to them. I finally was able to get in, having some iserious problems , while he was hospitalized locally. Had a few things that needed treatment, including a melanoma, and this office has taken care of everything in a timely and professional manner over the last few years. Haven't really experienced any attitudes, as some have said. I just go in and get what I need and no problem. I'm not there to make new friends. If you're showing up late and getting mad, that's on you. It's not fair to the other patients or staff. Grow up and get to things on time! I would recommend this office.
This place is absolutely terrible. The receptionist was extremely rude to me on the phone, and I was informed their "policy" is to reschedule after 15 minutes. I waited MONTHS for my appointment. When I came into the office, their supervisor encouraged their rude behavior and did the same! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
I can’t even give this a 1. The receptionist was so rude to me both on the phone and in person. I was late today (2 minutes past your ridiculous 15 minute cut off) but I drove an hour for my appointment and it had to be rescheduled. I called in advance to explain. I have been a patient with this office for several years. Life happens sometimes and your rigidity and unprofessional attitude was unnecessary. The doctor and PA’s have always been professional and caring. There are new staff members in the office who are professional.
