My son sees Byrd . She is amazing . She has good bedside manner. Listens to her patients problems. My son has been dealing with a bad rash since he was an infant . All doctors kept saying he had eczema. Bryd decided in February to do a biopsy which he had only seen her three times . She did a biopsy come to find out he has psoriasis and put him on a new injection. Now he can finally get some relief. Thank god for her . We are blessed to have her and the new office in Winchester,VA . Great office and staff.
Professional, considerate and outstanding care from the office staff. I totally trust this establishment/staff with all my skin care & needs. My family had been followed by Sarah in her previous place of practice, and are so grateful to be able to continue doing so.
Normally wouldn’t review a medical care facility as there are so many factors that go into someone’s experience and those factors vary widely based off everyone’s specific circumstances. But my experience was 5 stars and wanted to give them the credit they deserve. The office is clean and the receptionist was friendly, helpful and prompt.
