I just had CO2 laser done 2 days ago and I’m very pleased with my progress. Dr. Aszterbaum was very informative and thorough through the whole process, including follow-up. Explained the procedure throughout. Very excited for the results!

4/5/26 I arrived 9 minutes late to my follow up due to a car accident around my home. The older lady at the front with glasses told me I couldn’t be seen because the PA had already moved on to the next patient, despite there being 6 minutes left in my appointment. She kept saying my appointment ‘slot’ passed. It’s a 15 minute appointment. They also did not give me a call, no heads up, nothing. While I was standing there the PA walked out.
