My experience with the schedulers and trying to get any help for appointments or any guidance has been the worst experience. The first time coming there as a new patient I was told I was getting a consultation for mole removal but once I was in the doctors office after paying money, they told me they don’t do mole removals, that’s on their plastic surgeon site. I recently had my second surgery with Dr. Swank, the first being in 2015. I can honestly say that I couldn’t be happier with the care I received both times.
