I recently found out that when Dr. Ellison removed a cancerous growth from the side my nose he did not follow best practices re. Mohs techniques- it came back several months later and he seemed surprised and didn't take it seriously. In general his demeanor was vague and slightly defensive/befuddled. I've changed doctors and would never suggest anyone with a potenially serious issue see him.
I like Dr Ellison. He's clear and to the point. I had a cyst on my forehead plus some sun damage on my head that he removed. Office is not fancy, but that's not something I care about. Definitely would recommend him
Great doctor. I struggled with the front desk staff. Following the interaction I realized the value of education and life experience.
Great care
You more or less have to waste an appointment introducing yourself and then come back again to have the actual appointment. I had a simple issue that only needed 15 minutes to review and treat but I had to come back for a second appointment for it and there aren't many appointment times available. It was inefficient and such a waste of time and money. He's also a bit condescending. I'm pretty medically aware and often converse well with doctors.
