Neda Shahriari, MD is a wonderful doctor with a great bedside manner. She runs very close to on time. I highly recommend her and this practice.
So impressed with the practice. Everyone was pleasant. The team that took care of me was extremely knowledgeable. I left being very comfortable with a plan and next steps.
I spent 90 minutes of on hold, calling back and being transferred only to end up leaving a message to get a call back to schedule an appointment. As others have said, it was very poor customer service. It really makes me wonder about the level of healthcare provided by this facility if they can't manage to answer phones and book appointments...
I really like my dermatologist at the Chestnut Hill practice. However the receptionists are beyond rude and condescending. On three occasions they were standing in the narrow exit staring at me and didn't move . This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. There were at least seven of them talking about their nails blocking my exit..
Dr. Gaffney is exceptional. My usual doctor was unavailable, so this was my first visit with Dr. Gaffney and she genuinely listened, thoughtfully addressed every concern and delivered expert care. Her nurse Eunid was equally outstanding, adding warmth and attentiveness that made the experience seamless. Highly recommend Dr. Gaffney and her team.
