My doctor is an expert in treating my rare dermatitis, a difficult disease to manage.
I agree with everyone here. EXTREMELY RUDE and condescending.
I was trying to make an appointment with a Referral and the Gentlemen who picked up the phone was EXTREMELY rude! Couldn't be bothered to help me schedule or find a place to schedule. His tone was condescending and lacked any customer service training. Do better.
