I called the LOMPOC office to schedule an APPT. in LOMPOC. They gave me a date, and confirmed that the day and time would work. Naturally, we figured that we were staying in town for the appt. My husband showed up for his appt and not only missed an important check up, but apparently hewas scheduled for the SB location. The last time I called the SB number, they made me hang up and call the LOMPOC number to schedule locally. Now my husband is out 1/2 a day of work bc of the mix up.
