I have had eczema since an infant, and was having issues with adult acne when I moved back to town. I started seeing Dr. Kaloon for treatment and have been seeing her whenever anything flares up. She’s very easy to talk to and will explains everything in detail so that you leave feeling very confident in what steps to take. The staff is always very friendly and thorough.

Disappointed by the lack of communication. Same day consultation with a treatment was scheduled. No one informed me by email or phone that specific routines needed to be stopped 30 days prior to treatment (ex: self tanners). I’m giving 2 star because the consultant that met with me was kind and apologetic. She deserved some stars.
