Please note, this score is not due to quality of work but due to my wasted gas and time. Forefront Dermatology needs to change the 1st part of the name on Google Maps so the lab/office it isn't the same as their clinic. Most of us use Google Map on our phones and it only shows "Forefront Der" because the whole name doesn't fit on some screens. Also, how is anyone to know one is the lab or office and the other the clinic? I went to the wrong place for my appointment based on Google Maps results. I struggled to find parking an... read more
Edited: My insurance initially didn't pay for my dermatology appointments this year (2024). After Forefront resubmitted my claims in September, my insurance paid for those appointments and after I contacted Forefront around 12 times to refund the money that I paid for my June 2024 appointment, they finally returned that amount.

After Forefront resubmitted my claims in September, my insurance paid for those appointments and Lauren Frozena at Forefront Dermatology refunded a lot less money than the amount that I paid for my June 2024 appointment.

The employee(s) at Forefront Dermatology's billing department who did that was Lauren Frozena.
the bills dont stop I got a bill the mail with two different amounts so I paid the highest amount and later called them and asked them about it and also if I owed them anything else because I want this over with and was given an amount and I asked if there was anything and they said no so I paid it now I get notice I owe more I'm done once my prescription is done I'm not going back I'll deal with my condition on my own I'm done playing the bill game other than that the service was good so on billing I give it a star
