Forefront office on Rapids? Excellent. This companies corporate aspect and billing options? Atrocious. I'll never go back.
Recieved a bill from this branch of Forefront - was never seen at this branch and when calling the main billing department of Forefront they say there is no balance on the account and no services were received in Manitowoc - very sketchy.
Please note, this score is not due to quality of work but due to my wasted gas and time. Forefront Dermatology needs to change the 1st part of the name on Google Maps so the lab/office it isn't the same as their clinic. Most of us use Google Map on our phones and it only shows "Forefront Der" because the whole name doesn't fit on some screens. Also, how is anyone to know one is the lab or office and the other the clinic? I went to the wrong place for my appointment based on Google Maps results. I struggled to find parking an... read more
Edited: My insurance initially didn't pay for my dermatology appointments this year (2024). After Forefront resubmitted my claims in September, my insurance paid for those appointments and after I contacted Forefront around 12 times to refund the money that I paid for my June 2024 appointment, they finally returned that amount.
