I've just come from a very disappointing appointment that solidified my feelings that dermatologists don’t understand modesty and privacy. First off, I was assigned a PA and not DR. I paid 40$ to talk to specialist AKA a Dr, not a PA. If I had known I was going to get a PA, I would have found a different clinic. But that’s not the main issue. This is a money grab practice. They tried to bill me an extra $10.00 because they sent me a bill for copay. When I arrived for my appointment no one ever asked for my copay which is unusual. I didn’t think about it until after I had left so I assumed they would just bill me. When I called and ask about the additional $10.00 charge receptionist was a bit rude and blamed me for not paying.
