Had a app today i had a couple spots i wanted to be checked out .Dr.Martin use to be my Dr but he left big loss to this office so I had app with Dr West she walked in room never said who she was ,not friendly,I told her about the 3 spots I wanted to check out the one under eye was nothing she said but it's where my glasses lay 2 spots on forehead she said nothing was wrong with one them the other she looked at her words were that looks like basal cell carcinoma skin cancer going to cut a piece of it send it off looks like yo... read more
Dr Panzarella is terrible! She didn’t ask us any medical history questions or even about medications my daughter is currently taking. She fingered through my daughter’s hair to say I don’t see hair loss. We even showed her pictures. she is rude and a terrible beside manner. She must pay people to give her good reviews. An appt we waited months for to end in 5 mins is a joke. If I could leave zero stars I would!!! She seems to only be able to help you with hair loss if you have bald spots.
Had an appointment yesterday for a spot under my nose that was concerning. I was seen by Dr.Aleman who did an amazing job. He was quick, to the point and did not waste any time, which I love! He removed & sent out for testing that same day. His nurse was great as well! Thank you both!
