I definitely recommend them. Jake down there might have just come on a bad day but I've had 3 appointments there and they've really helped my acne. The longest I've had to wait was like 30 minutes. And if I had to wait 2 hours it would be worth it. They're super understanding and helpful.
Do yourself a favor and find a different dermatologist's office. I was the first appointment of the day for Dr Orchard ... and I and waited, and waited and waited ... and waited some more to see her. There was no communication as to why she was running late. A simple "it will be another fifteen minutes" would have given me the sense I wasn't being blown off.
