They can improve by returning phone calls. Almost impossible to get a doctor on the phone. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Wait times are awfully long! Why make appointments, if you have to wait forever.
Recently switched to this practice. Thrilled with the ease of getting an appointment, and the quick wait at the office. The doc and staff were caring and pleasant and knowledgable -- highly recommend!
DAOPM is by far the most professional and experienced dermatology practice in the area. Dr. Griffin has successfully addressed a number of skin issues for me. The clinical assistants and office staff are warm, friendly, and always ready to answer questions. I highly recommend him and the practice as a whole.
Very thorough -- on time highly recommend.
