Dr.Allen and her team are awesome!! Highly professional & very thorough! I highly recommend them!! Dr. Allen discovered my melanoma on my cheek & immediately referred me to a surgeon who performed Mohs surgery & then he recommended an awesome plastic surgeon. My scar is barely noticeable now (2 years later) thanks all to the quick response of Dr. Allen!
I have been going to this Dermatology practice for many years now. I can’t say enough about the staff and doctors and how kind everyone is that works there. I have seen both nurse practitioners who are wonderful and Dr. Allen who is amazing. They have helped me navigate skin cancer as well as helped my daughter though various issues. Always leave feeling well taken care of.
Dr Allen is always on time, very thorough and answers questions.
The front desk staff is the worst. I had an appointment at 11:30, they claimed it was at 11:15. The front desk called me at 11:25 asking why I wasn't there, I explained that I was waiting in the parking lot for my 11:30 appointment. The woman told me I was late, canceled the appointment and refused to let me see the Dr. On the next appointment I waited 40 minutes to see the Dr. and had they audacity to charge me a $50 no show fee for the previous "missed" appointment.
