No wait to see the Doctor. Was called back immediately after checking in. Doctor was thorough, answered all my questions and was friendly. Can highly recommend.

1 of the most difficult places to book an appointment, as it is thru an out-of-town office, but once you get that first appointment it's much easier. Dr Gelb & the staff were great. Upfront, professional and very good personal service.
This dermatology 'corporation' is by far the worst customer service oriented clinic I have ever dealt with. The contracted phone scheduling department requested sensitive patient information and they aren't even part of the clinic. When they finally connected me to the clinic, the receptionist was rude that I needed to re-schedule, and said they were booked up for 4 months. This clinic is horrible and I would not trust them with my money or my skin.
