I called the office this morning to reschedule an appointment and I talked to the rudest "witch" in the world. I called 9/18/23 at 9:19 and spoke with "Angie" , a snarky, obnoxious, unprofessional lady. Why in the world do you have this lady answering the phone for your business? I didn't mind waiting 15 minutes to talk to someone on the phone, but waiting only to get to speak with Angie? NO thanks. Just called to get an appointment, the lady I spoke to was rude and dismissive. She was unwilling to try and work out a time and date for an appointment. If that’s what they have for a receptionist, I’ll go somewhere else.
