My insurance doesn’t cover dermatology so I found this clinic because they advertised their self-pay rates online. I set up an appointment to have a bothersome cyst checked out and another appointment to have it removed all within a few weeks. Dr. Mui was thorough and willing to just go ahead with the minor surgery which helped keep my costs down versus trying a bunch of antibiotics/steroids first (but she gave me the option if I wanted it. I was so nervous about seeing someone regarding some suspicious spots on my upper body but realized that not knowing the answer was more unsettling. Dr. Uptmore had me laughing throughout the entire visit even while doing a biopsy. From the moment of walking in the door until the time I checked out, I experienced nothing but professionalism and perfection!!!
