Had two cancer areas removed 1/14 in Ithaca. Very good service. Short wait time very very clean offices.
manger and Mrs McAllister very unprofessional naming the management yelling and screaming at me for nothing when talking would have gotten farther
As my 2:00 appointment time approached 2:15, the staff of 4 office workers & 4-5 medical employees were loud and obnoxious just off the waiting room. I stepped up to ask why I was still waiting and a *very snarky* office person stated they only had one…ONE… exam room. I walked out.
