The difference between a good Dr and a great Dr. is not only knowing how & when you should intervene with a procedure but also when you should not. I went to see Dr Sweany to have a procedure after my annual skin check. After seeing the issue and consulting with me on my history and other factors like neck pain from disc a issues that may be the actual cause of my symptoms she decided Surgery could make a small problem bigger. I had such an amazing experience with the aesthetics department at Dermatology Associates of Concord, and I especially want to highlight my visits with Stephani. Dr. Alexis Perkins is the absolute WORST dermatologist!! Please STAY AWAY from her at all costs!! I will NEVER trust a doctor again. I regret seeing her more than you can possibly know. I have not slept well for 8 months and cry constantly. I went for a skin check, which I completely regret. Consultation visit. Waiting far past designated time with absolutely no regard for scheduled visit. It's constantly baffling how the patient's time is so unimportant. Perhaps you might want to take into consideration developing some medium through which you could let the person know that you're running 45 minutes behind schedule so our entire day isn't thrown off?
