The docs, nursing and M.A. staff are really good. As for the front desk staff, terrible. The level of rudeness is off the charts. I’m currently in the waiting area hoping to talk to the staff person who left me a message on my mobile about my appointment tomorrow. I returned the call promptly but could not get through. I left my number and name and haven’t received a callback. As I sit the front desk is giving an older woman a hard time. She appears to be over 80 years old. Most rude staff ever.
Everyone I have encountered at each of my visits to the Wynnewood and Bryn Mawr office have been extremely helpful and personable. Maria was super friendly, and I loved her energy and all of the front desk girls are always very thorough and quick with my check ins. I see Kathryn who is great, she does a very thorough job everytime I see her and really takes her time to get to know the patients she sees. My husband and I are long time patients of this practice. It is unbelievably difficult to make an appointment or get through to this office. Our practitioner, Jocelyn Confino, is WONDERFUL and I highly recommend , and is the only reason we stay. I am trying to make an appointment with Jocelyn for my daughter and no one picks up the phone. It is unreasonably difficult to schedule an appointment. I called the office and was transferred by the receptionist to someone else who I was told would help me with my appointment. No one picked up on that line after the transfer, and the automatic voice message said that it was the answering machine for an automobile service?? I called the office again several times without any answer and an automatic message told me to call back during office hours (I WAS calling during the hours they were supposedly “open”). Not the best. Getting an appointment is difficult. Parking is difficult. Recently, I had a scheduled appointment on Monday at 10:40. Arrived a little early. Checked in. They said your appointment is Wednesday at 10:15. Can’t understand why this is so mixed up. I had a card at home with written appointment on it.
