Dr. Liou and Claire were one of the very best doctors who took care of my wart. Claire was especially patient, kind, and compassionate when she gave me a numbing vaccine, it was painless and then the dermatologist shaved the wart which was also painless. I was also able to book a second appointment after my first one. Very professional, understanding, compassionate and patient doctors and medical staff.
I have been a patient of Linda Gibbons for almost 20 years and always looked forward to seeing her. She is brilliant, kind and makes me feel seen and heard. Today I again had a 6 month appointment with my favorite person. The experience was totally different. This was NOT Linda's fault. She was very rushed and her assistant was like a robot. The front desk at AP Derm in Norwood Carnegie Row is amazing. They gave me expectational service! Dr Emily Lefkowitz, is super Knowledgeable and gave me a very informative exam. She really cared for my needs and made me feel safe in her hands. Thank you so much to the whole team! 7/8 UPDATE: Krissi who also works here is so helpful! I needed help today in getting my refills and Krissi was so nice and went above and beyond to help me!
I have been going to AP dermatology for many years. Everyone is excellent and a master of their craft. The front desk staff, Josiah & Betty are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Josiah made finding a new doctor who accepts my insurance a quick and pleasant experience.
I just want to thank all my care givers . Linda Gibbons, Dr. Lee and the nursing staff and front office folks . You are all so kind , professional and the absolutely best people . Raises for everyone!! Thank you for running such a great practice. 👨🏻🚒👍❤️
