Very professional and observant.
My wife had taken our 3 month old based on referral to treat his severe case of eczema. The doctor ( James I think) did not even bother to look at him with care and was dismissive and non-chalant about the whole visit. Not how a baby should be treated. Their whole attitude towards the visit was too casual and disrespectful.
