Not accepting new patients. Only there part time and come from Santa Barbara
Dermatology Associates is an excellent practice. Our family has experience with Dr VanMeter and Dr Miller. Both are very interested in the patient and follow up by calling them at home after hours to ensure the patient is kept informed.
Horrible customer service. We called to schedule appointments for two children and while explaining the skin condition, we were cut off rudely from the associate on the phone and told that they do not schedule appointments for two children at once or back to back. She then went on to explain that the only reason she even offered us one appointment over a month out was due to a cancellation but never gave me the opportunity to accept the appointment.
