I have an appointment on December 8 th and I have them my Medicare card , and insurance card and also told them that Medicare is my primary insurance and GEHA is my secondary insurance, Even though they submit claim to united healthcare as a primary and Medicare as a secondary . After that they are sending me letters to pay money. It looks like they are not educated, they don’t know how to claim . When I call them they send me letters constitute formal notice. Had all my issues taken care of by PA Taylor, she was so knowledgeable.The staff over there was kind and was seen before apt time.

I called the Palos Heights office to make sure insurance will be paid. I was told yes as long as get referral. I got the referral sent to their office and called to make sure got it and it would be paid in full. I was told yes. I got there and they gave me new forms to fill out, since I haven’t been there in a long time.. It asked for my credit card info but didn’t fill it out because was told covered. This is my third or fourth time using Dermatology Associates. I scheduled my most recent appt about a week ago and they were able to find an early morning appt for me. I completed all the pre-check-in forms online before my visit. Upon arriving, I checked in at the kiosk and was called to see Dr. Fiore within 2-3 minutes. After entering the examination room and being prepped by his friendly assistant (unfortunately I forgot her name), the doctor arrived within a few minutes.
