This is my third or fourth time using Dermatology Associates. I scheduled my most recent appt about a week ago and they were able to find an early morning appt for me. I completed all the pre-check-in forms online before my visit. Upon arriving, I checked in at the kiosk and was called to see Dr. Fiore within 2-3 minutes. Tried to schedule an appointment today after my doctor recommended this place, saying they were in network. Got a snotty receptionist who was extremely disrespectful and so I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I typically go to the office they have in Tinley Park but today I had an appointment with Taylor in Palos. They were almost 30 minutes late calling me back yet never alerted me to the fact that it would be late. I explained that I was on a deadline and the nurse said she couldn't guarantee what time I would be seen. I understood that. Totally satisfied with the doctors. They are fantastic. What I find very non professional is the overly long hair cut and double nose ring of the male receptionist. This is not the image everyone should encounter when checking in.
