Friendly and efficient staff at the counter, Dr. Gart is well informed and focused on providing the most effective care.
Getting refills from this office is a Herculean task. CVS will reach out to them with multiple faxes, and they will not respond until you call them...and good luck getting them to pick up the phone. They say they close at 4:30, but if you call after quarter to 4, you get sent straight to their "Out of Office" message. You can't even leave a voicemail. Even if you are lucky enough to speak to a staff member and ask for a refill, you'll end up needing to call them again later to remind them to do it. Too many calls. Too many h... read more
It has been weeks... I called today to check why I haven’t received a call... I got a rude response of “well you didn’t call us to tell us you got your blood work” something I never knew I had to do and have never done anywhere else... was told I would get a call back and never did meanwhile my skin is getting worse and hurts so bad it is keeping my up all night in pain....
