I had a great experience with this entire team the doctor was educated quick and polite all of the staff were extremely kind and caring and reached out to me when I had a problem after being seen they definitely deserve a five-star review

It depends on who you see. Dr Grevey is amazing. Nurse Whitaker... well someone else described her as 'brief' and I'd agree...that's putting it nicely. When you decide to place your yearly care and check into someone's hands, you want to make sure they care to actually check you over well. My husband has precancerous lesions removed yearly - you'd think she'd take more time with him at the very least. Wrong. Anything that was frozen off wasn't properly removed like it had been in the past by Dr Grevey. Extremely disappointed... read more
Last year I had a good experience. This time the doctor didn't even introduce himself. I don't know him. I've always had a female doctor. There's a relative who had a melanoma so I always get a yearly cancer screening that took about 20 seconds. I waited an hour and you didn't even examine me for the acnce. I've been on a retinol cream and you didn't ask me how that was going. You said oh you have acne issues (yes since I was a teenager) and then he asked how old I was. This was a pretty poor experience, considering it was a referral. Describing Nurse Whitacre as "brief" is about as kind as I can be. Her assistant (I can't remember her name, so I'll just call her Angry Eyebrows) wasn't any better. The nurse was in the room a total of less than three minutes. She asked very few questions. She did ask me why I was there, even though Angry Eyebrows had just taken all of that info down.
