Customer service non existant My husband, myself and our son stopped in during a weekday for lunch. Not many people there so we figured great we would be in and out in no time. Well we stood at the sign that said "please wait to be seated" for several minutes while the employees just stared and walk around and conversed with each other. We finally asked should we seat ourselves and the said no someone will sit you in a second.
