The staff was very professional and friendly. I felt welcome. My wait time was not long and the office was very clean.
This is the best derm practice I have been too. Staff are friendly and providers are polite and knowledgeable. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Front desk and tech were efficient and personable. Courtney spent about 2 minutes with me and asked zero questions. She wasn't rude but wasn't helpful or friendly either. Not sure I'd choose her again.
First off I have no problem with staff. They are always great. What I do have a complaint about is their billing. Apparently since I hadn't been there in a little over a year they charged me as a new patient. Never mentioned this to me. Charged me a ridiculous amount to freeze off one tiny little spot. Then charged me another crazy amount to remove 2 more. No one said their pricing had changed. No one said you pay this for the first and this for the second up to the fourteenth spot. NOTHING!
