Dr Charlotte Hand and her assistant were very cordial, listened to my concerns and addressed them and their treatment options to my satisfaction. Highly recommend this facility.

My recent aerolase treatment was effective and administered painlessly by my provider, Courtney. I highly recommend their dermatology services.
When I'm instructed by voicemail to calling number I expect a human to answer that phone during office hours. It appears a 1 is a big deal. I changed it to a 3. If you call them do option 1 and request text. No more phone tag. If you are given instruction that you must speak to the doctor press 2 and hope they are not busy. Good luck. If you feel like getting more prompts and no humans and select text option again. Good luck.
