I was a patient here for years. Due to a death in the family, I missed an appointment. The office manager was rude and condescending. Her tone on the phone was loud and abrasive. She was of no help and nothing was resolved. The procedure didn’t work and she told me I didn’t follow the pattern and it was basically my fault. Wow! But I guess these days you can get away with anything. No one is held accountable for customer service.
RecommendedProviders are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This was my first visit to this practice since moving to Charleston and was impressed by the competence and professionalism of the entire staff!

DLCC was amazing. They made my whole experience a breeze. Gina was my doctor and took the time to help me understand what my options were and made it less stressful. She was very professional, concerned and made me feel at ease! Thank you for the great experience. �
The entire staff is awesome from the receptionist to the doctors, especially Dr. Coakley. Would definitely recommend this facility.
Dr. Coakley is an angel. He told me right away it wasn't a melanoma and reassured me it would be gone within a couple of weeks. His bedside manner is exactly what I needed. I was so relieved. The staff and everyone there is delightful and accommodating. BTW, I didn't have to wait more than 2 mins.. I got there on time and was ushered in right away.
Dr. Coakley is a person who truly loves what he does and it shows. He takes the time to answer questions and address concerns with such patience. He takes the time to explain the steps of the procedure. There were many patients there each time I've visited, but Dr. Coakley and his entire team made me feel like their number one priority. I've now had 2 Mohs surgeries with Dr. Coakley and his team. I highly recommend them.
I absolutely LOVE Kalen and her assistants!!
