I highly recommend DLCC for their professionalism, caring hearts, patience, and just all around greatness. I just had my third skin cancer surgery, this time at their new Nexton office and have been treated with total respect. I have seen multiple doctors and PAs there over the past few years and I definitely have been satisfied with all the outcomes. Shout out to Dr. Schlessinger on my results with my nose, you can't even tell I had really had anything wrong. Thank you all again!
Very poor experience all around. I have laser marks on my cheeks a year later after CO2 resurfacing- which they are making me pay to fix. But to add insult to injury -I am driving to my appointment today in the pouring rain and see that I am going to be 10 minutes late, so I call the office to inform them. The lady I spoke with said she would pass the information along- so I proceeded to come. I’m an ICU physician and have been working tirelessly taking care of covid patients since the start of this pandemic. I use PPE and take all necessary precautions. I have been fortunate and have not been infected despite many months of taking care of these patients every single day. The staff at DLCC are very courteous! They are extremely thorough and forthcoming with all information related to your skin health. Everything is explained in terms I can understand. I always feel well informed and satisfied with each visit. Ashley Doerler and her assistant Kia make me feel very comfortable and at ease while in their care.
The clinic staff are wonderful - friendly knowledgeable and kind. John Hendrick is an amazing PA that takes the time to listen to your concerns. I have had amazing results with my skin treatment this past year thanks to DLCC.
