If they are willing to chat and laugh with you as you check in, it's going to be a welcoming office Another is how many questions the allergist asks in an attempt to understand your situation. I highly recommend! I have been a patient here for more than 5 years. First for allergy testing and then for allergy shots. The people at the front desk are professional and always have a smile. Dr K. and Dr Brown have always been concerned about my problems and listened to my input. More than anything else, the nurses are the heartbeat of this place. I really enjoyed my experience at this clinic and couldn’t recommend it more! I find the front desk, nursing staff and Dr. Brown to be kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. They’re friendly and genuinely interested in my story which makes me feel heard as a patient. Additionally, I started allergy shots and I have found the process quick and easy. You’re given a card to scan upon arrival, and you’re called within minutes of check-in.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this clinic due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff at the front desk. I visited with a referral to the pediatric clinic next door for my son’s allergies and skin condition, but the attitude I encountered was shockingly disrespectful. As an Asian patient, I felt the behavior was so dismissive that it bordered on racism. I have three children and frequently visit various clinics, but I have never felt this unwelcome before.
