My husband and I recently had general skin check appointments with one of the female doctors in the Keller location. We waited about 30 minutes for our PA to come into the room after we were brought to the back, not too big of a deal. When the PA and nurse came in, she did a very quick check of my husbands skin and asked him if there was anything of concern. Doctor Fuller is absolutely amazing! My son has dealt with severe eczema since he was a baby, we have been taking him to his pediatrician who kept giving us over the counter remedies that weren't working. We finally took him in to Dermatology Allliance-Keller and I will say my sons skin has healed so quickly. I recommend Doctor Fuller to anyone and Everyone!

The staff an Kirby the NP are Wonder! They are caring, friendly, an compassionate with their patients as well as with there jobs. I always had quick response for an appointment an no long waits to be seen. Excellent Service & Staff.

Dr. Plott and everyone on his staff are great. I had a facial skin bump that wasn't going away, and I called Dr. Plott's office. I was feeling uneasy because I didn't know if it was a skin cancer or something else. However, Irene answered the phone and was very patient with me, and let me ask as many questions as I wanted without making me feel rushed. As a Registered Nurse for many years I can say with absolute confidence that Dr. Plott and his wonderful PA Liz will provide excellent service and results. I've referred patients to him for years now and all have positive feedback. If you have a teen suffering from acne don't delay treatment! My girls now both have beautiful and flawless skin thanks to Dr. Todd Plott.

I've been to several dermatologists in the DFW area for the last 17 years. About a year ago, I started going to Dermatology Alliance in Keller....primarily for acne. Not something I want to deal with as an adult, but have been for the last few years and I just wasn't satisfied with the results from previous dermatologists. Awful communication from office staff regarding appt. times. I had phone call and email that confirmed appt. time, when I arrived 10 minutes early, I was told I was late because I was supposed to be there 30 minutes early. Front office offered to reschedule but had no other solution, just treated me as if I was the one that didn't know what I was doing. What is the point of confirmation emails and phone calls if your supposed to know that you need to be there 30 minutes BEFORE your scheduled time? Very disappointed.
