The stuff charges twice or more for the same service. Unfortunately I recommended this clinic to two other my friends and they were double charged as well. The mess with the payments was very disappointing.
Dr. Rubenstein was wonderful and I will be recommending her to anyone in the Chicago area looking for a dermatologist. She was easy to get an appointment with and everyone I interacted with in her office was very nice. She was very warm and personable, and this made me feel more comfortable. As someone who’s had a lifelong fear of dermatologists and has sensory issues, going to a dermatologist is really scary. She was so patient with me and now I am no longer scared for my next appointment with her. Thank you so much!

Dr Rubenstein is kind, informative, smart and amazing at what she does. She explains everything and makes you feel at ease. She has excellent bedside manner. Her staff is welcoming.
