As in my previous experience, excellent and timely service.
On time, clean, nurse was great, Doctor knowledgeable,pleasant would recommend to anyone
Staff is really rude! not friendly at all. Staff is the face of the place! Does not matter if the doctors are nice or not!
Doctors are great! Front desk staff will make you not want to return. They recently move locations but when told the pt wasn't notified of the location change at time of making the appt, they said, "Patients were notified the beginning of the year of location change." Its November.. last appt was in Mar. and the location didn't change yet.. Due to having to call 3 times (no answer then got hung up on) to let them know the pt is running late due to going to initial location, appt was missed...
There was very little wait time prior to my exam by Dr. Girardi. He is competent and affable, and listens to all concerns.
