Everyone is positive polite Appt on time. Doc Verma is so sweet and kind.
When I’m there I feel the doctor is looking for trouble spots. Not just a glance. This place is very clean and everyone is kind & helpful.
I have “white coat syndrome” and I’m anxious when it comes to appointments. They make you feel comfortable and have a positive experience.
My most recent visit required a biopsy. The area wasn't cauterized and a small band aid was applied. Before I even got home, the band aid was saturated and blood was running down my leg. Thankfully I happened to have a tissue to catch the blood and press against area until I was able to get home. Just another disappointing visit from this group.
I see Dr Cortez. She is absolutely the best. Very friendly, always answers any questions and never rushes you.
