Staff was helpful and Dr Gilmore was fantastic! She walked me thru the entire appointment and put me at ease.
Nice staff, great CNP. I had a mole removed from my face and sent away for a biopsy the other day. Kathie explained everything to me that she was planning and the care plan that I was to follow until the surgery site is healed. She has been very kind and willing (patient) to answer my questions and went over the care plan again for me. She and her staff have been wonderful to me. I have every confidence in her knowledge and follow through.
I thought no one cared how my skin rash made me miserable or unhappy, afraid to go in public because my pants would get wet from the seeping on my thighs. Kathy made me feel seen and heard! By the time I went back 3 weeks later my rash was gone, she's a miracle worker!
Had a great visit , very productive and professional , my issues were understood and taken care of , would not go anyway else
