Horrible service! Front desk staff is unfriendly. The NP was very unhelpful. I had 2 visits and she did not help me with my issue. She just kept saying come back in a month. Probably to just keep billing me and my insurance. The one thing that she put me on that was actually helping, she wouldn't refill. Luckily I had a 2nd opinion and had my issue taken care of. I would never go back there!
Uninterested, rushed, not thorough, misdiagnosed. Dr. Rocco Serrao missed a Bowen's Disease diagnosis on my husband. Told him it was absolutely nothing to worry about. Two years later, a biopsy by another dermatologist showed Bowens Disease. We are now going through extensive procedures - could have become squamous cell carcinoma. Exams on both my husband and I were perfunctory and not at all thorough like Dr. Rosner provided. We recommend steering clear of this practice.
