I have been seeing Nurse Practitioner Christine Beaujean for 15yrs at DSWO. She is excellent, has great, friendly bedside manner. And is very knowledgeable when it comes to skin care etc. I would highly recommend her!
It is impossible to get ahold of anyone. I received a voicemail stating they needed to speak with me about biopsy results. I attempted to call back for 2 days and each time I had to speak with someone new who advised that they would let the office manager know. No one called me back after multiple messages were left with the office manager. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism.
