I had an appointment with dermatologist Mohammad Diab for a re-occurring hemangioma that I was aware of, and had burned off a couple of times prior. I needed it burned off again. Mohammad told me he didn't own the proper equipment needed to burn it off, and that he'd be going to a conference in a week to buy the laser. He suggested I come back when he had purchased the laser. Tried several times to call to reschedule. NO ONE THERE!!!! I one time stayed on line for 15 minutes.. NOTHING BUT A RECORDING. HOW DO YOU CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT!!!
I tried 3 times yesterday to make an appt. and was on hold between 7 and 10 minutes listening to a skin cancer announcement and awful music over and over again and no one ever answered the phone. Today, I have been holding now for 10 minutes and , again, no one ans. the phone. What is going on????? I tried to schedule on line yesterday and got message to call and make appt. Well, I have tried.
Nurse Jen is a delight, but the office and call center are nightmares! I have never experienced such difficulty in reaching a health care provider and will be transferring my care once I obtain biopsy results. If you are not a client, RUN don't walk away. The aggravation just isn't worth it.
