I scheduled an appointment with Mathew ferry and was not able to go to my appointment due to an emergency. For one I didn’t even confirm the appointment when it text me to send 1-2 to confirm or deny and for two I canceled the night before. Sure it wasn’t 24 hours before but it was enough time for him to find someone else or take the loss. I’m now being charged 300$ due to originally not knowing about the 50$ late/ no show charge since I didn’t know about that and didn’t pay within 5 days I owe 300$ now. Great care and very professional staff! Dr. Benner was amazing!
I was able to get an appointment quickly. Staff were very pleasant, facilities were clean. Wait times are short. I cannot say enough about what a great place this is.
