I was very happy with my first appointment. The office and clinical staff were good listeners and made me feel that they cared what i said. I will continue to see Dr Ferry as my new dermatologist
Receptionist was very nice and Dr. Ferry and his assistant were great. They took the time to address my concerns and answer my questions. I would highly recommend them.
Overall great. I had the option to fill out forms on my phone, so I basically walked in and was seated right away. I was taken back exactly on the time scheduled. And we started right away. No sitting in the waiting area for an hour. No sitting in the back for an hour. I was listened to, diagnosed, and out the door. I picked up my prescription at the pharmacy and relief right away. Efficient. Exact. Correct. I’m feeling great right now.
